Summary The product which carried out German DIN44081,DIN44082 standard, featured with high sensitivity and long life, the insulation strength is AC6KV , it can be used for explosion-proof motor for protection places which over-temperature, and it also can be single or many series match with motor protector using , The temperature-measuring terminal of the sensor shall be installed in where it supposed to be, lead-out wire shall be connected to signal input terminal of the motor protector, as soon as the temperature is approaching temperature rating of insulation, input resistance figure will reach action-valve value of the protector, so the protector will simultaneously cut off the power and the protection shall be realized.

Technical data the controlled temperatures range from Tk 60°Cto Tk 180 ,there is 5 °Cinterval between the controlled –temperature Tk according to our specification ,we also can produce one chips to six chips

 

Installation instruction The sensor is fixed with the parts which needed to temperature measuring (usually install in the windings),when you fix the sensor ,don’t beat it or squeeze it and also don’t give much tension to lead out wire ,lead out wire connect to motor terminal box , and must be used match with the motor protector ,then it can control motor which over –temperature Every chip of Sensor of three chips install in three -phase winding separately ,each phase install one chip Installation ,connecting wire ,problems and repairing ,pls refer MZ6 series of PTC temperature-controlled sensor
